

Jay Miller, LCSW is a trauma-focused clinician who has practiced psychotherapy for over 15 years. In his practice, he has been responsible for the care and treatment of those who have suffered from complex trauma, addiction, age regression, and suicidal thoughts and behaviors. His methods have stabilized, calmed, and built resilience in those he has worked with in therapy.
Specializing in the Forward-Facing Trauma Therapy Model (Gentry), he combines structured assessment, practical mindfulness, and Stoic philosophy to help patients build the intentionality, resilience, and sense of agency needed to move forward from trauma and co-occurring disorders.
While practicing clinically, Jay's leadership background has led him to direct some of the major comprehensive co-occurring residential treatment programs in the Lancaster area, including The Ranch Pennsylvania, Nuestra Clinica (SACA's residential program), and Innovo Detox. He has been responsible for the growth and success of 50+ graduate school interns, as well as overseeing clinical supervision for those pursuing LCSW and LPC licensure hours.
