Brainspotting, developed by Dr. David Grand, is a powerful, body-based psychotherapy approach that helps you access and process deep-seated trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and emotional pain through specific eye positions.
Brainspotting uses “brain spots” — specific eye positions that correlate with stored trauma in the brain and body. Your therapist gently guides you to locate these points, allowing subconscious material to surface and release safely.
Brainspotting is ideal for individuals experiencing PTSD, emotional trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, somatic symptoms, or feeling stuck.
Each session is collaborative, respectful, and paced to your comfort level. You remain fully clothed and in control while your therapist provides gentle guidance.
Our counselors are trained in Trauma-Informed Care and have extensive experience helping individuals heal from traumatic experiences.
"As a Lancaster-based practice, we are proud to offer the highest quality Brainspotting Therapy to our local community and clients across Pennsylvania."

Experience working with adolescents, couples, the elderly population, blended families, and families in the adoption process.
