Our DBT Group is structured for those who have completed a DBT Skills Group previously (with us or outside of the practice).
This group will be open to both male and female identifying adults (18 and older).
Group will be one hour sessions every other Thursday from 5:00PM - 6:00PM EST beginning 9/17/26 through 1/21/27 and will run for 8 sessions.
