Mindfulness helps reduce stress by keeping you focused on the present moment. It teaches you to notice your thoughts, feelings, and body sensations without getting overwhelmed. Mindfulness can help you stay calm, think more clearly, and feel better overall.
Discover How to Practice Mindfulness
Permit yourself to slow down. Join Jenna Wolfe for a facilitated hour of Mindfulness Practice to tune inward, reset, and create a quiet and intentional space for self-care. Jenna designed this hour to help you ground in your body, increase emotional safety, and soothe your nervous system.
Mindfulness fosters the ability to be present with our current experiences, increases the capacity to manage sensations, and promotes a sense of ease and well-being. Regular practice reduces stress, tension, and anxiety.
