I am a professional counselor committed to creating a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel safe to explore challenges and pursue meaningful change. My approach is grounded in person-centered therapy, emphasizing empathy, authenticity, and respect for each individual’s unique story and inner strengths.
I have training in exposure-based therapies, which I use to help clients work through anxiety, trauma, and OCD-related concerns with evidence-based support. Additionally, I am currently completing EMDR training through an EMDRIA-approved provider and will begin offering EMDR therapy sessions starting July 21. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful method for helping individuals process and heal from past trauma and distressing life experiences.
