Position Title: Licensed Clinicians
Reports To: CEO, Clinical Supervisor
Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time/Contractual

Job Summary
- Clinician provides comprehensive mental health services to individuals, families, and groups including:
- assessment,
- diagnosis,
- treatment planning,
- therapeutic interventions,
- The Clinician works collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and community resources to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.
Key Responsibilities
Client Care
- Conduct initial intake assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and establish goals.
- Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as
- cognitive-behavioral therapy,
- family therapy,
- or trauma-focused therapy.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Documentation and Compliance
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of client records per HIPAA regulations.
- Adhere to state licensing regulations and the ethical standards of the profession.
Collaboration and Consultation
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers, schools, or community organizations to coordinate care.
- Provide consultation and psychoeducation to clients, families, and caregivers as appropriate.
Crisis Intervention
- Assess and manage clients in crisis situations, ensuring immediate safety and support.
- Develop crisis plans and connect clients with emergency resources if necessary.
Professional Development
- Stay current with best practices, research, and continuing education requirements to maintain licensure.
- Participate in supervision, staff meetings, and training as required.
Qualifications
Education
Master’s or Doctorate degree in
- Social Work,
- Counseling,
- Psychology, or
- Related field.
Licensure
- Active and unrestricted licensure in Pa, and surrounding states, such as LPsych, LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent.
Experience
- Minimum of three years of clinical experience in mental health settings preferred.
- Experience with specific populations or specialties trauma or PTSD treatment is a plus.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities and interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Work Environment
- Office-based, remote, or hybrid.
