Job Overview
Position Title: Office Receptionist & Administrator Job Opening
Reports To: CEO, Clinical Supervisor
Employment Type: Part-time to Full-time (30–40 hours/week)
Location: Advanced Counseling and Research Services – Lancaster, PA
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and clinical staff with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer and route phone calls, manage voice mail, and respond to general inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm client appointments using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelines.
- Perform general administrative duties such as scanning, data entry, and filing.
- Support clinical staff in managing paperwork and office workflows.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front office environment.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a medical, mental health, or office setting is helpful but not required.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality is a plus.
- Comfortable working with clinicians, clients, and sensitive information.
- Friendly, dependable, and professional demeanor.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Willingness to learn—training will be provided.
Work Environment
- Office-based, remote, or hybrid.

Compensation and Benefits
Starting pay is $18/hour with the potential for a higher rate based on experience and qualifications.
